Clifton H. Rogers is the Broker/owner of Rogers Property Management, Inc. and is a lifelong resident of Lexington. He founded the business in 1990 after graduation from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Clifton double majored in Real Estate and Insurance. He is a member of the Lexington Chamber of Commerce and the Columbia Home Builders Association. Clifton holds a Broker-in-Charge license, as well as a residential home builder’s license. Community involvement includes: past President Lexington Jaycees, past President Woodmen of the World-Chapter 273, past Board Member Keep America Beautiful of the Midlands, current Lexington-Richland Counties USC Alumni Board Member. Clifton and his wife, Pat, have 2 daughters, expecting their first grandchild, and one dog. He is an active member at Mt. Horeb UMC in Lexington. Clifton enjoys remodeling old homes, reading, and gardening, especially fruit trees, and preserving.
Lynn Walker, has been a real estate licensee and office manager with Rogers Property Management, Inc. since August, 2000 and resident of Lexington for 25+ years . Her professional background includes management within several financial institutions and a real estate agent with different real estate companies in the Columbia area. She has 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren. A resident of Lexington for 26 years, she lives with her husband Joe and dog “Sophie” in the Golden Pond community. Lynn handles the daily operation of the business including but not limited to approval of rental applications, typing of lease, talking with tenants and property owners. She is also the initial contact for anyone interested in leasing their property. Lynn is always there to insure a tenant or owner has a pleasant experience with Rogers Property Management, Inc. Martha Russ is our Administrative Assistant in charge of collections. She has been with Rogers Property Management, Inc. since 2009 and doing Real Estate administration and marketing for more than 30 years. She keeps everyone up-to-date on rent payments. If you have any issues concerning your rent payment, please call our office or contact her via email. Originally from Columbia, she has lived in the Lexington/Gilbert area for many years. She and her husband, Bill, have two children and six grandchildren. Martha is an avid quilter and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
