Clifton Rogers, Owner / Broker
Clifton H. Rogers is the Broker/owner of Rogers Property Management, Inc. and is a lifelong resident of Lexington. He founded the business in 1990 after graduation from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Clifton double majored in Real Estate and Insurance. He is a member of the Lexington Chamber of Commerce. Clifton holds a Broker-in-Charge license, as well as a residential home builder’s license. Community involvement includes: past President Lexington Jaycees, past President Woodmen Life-Chapter 273, past Board Member Keep America Beautiful of the Midlands, past Lexington-Richland Counties USC Alumni Board Member. Clifton and his wife, Pat, have 2 daughters, 2 grandchildren, and two grand-dogs. He is an active member at Mt. Horeb UMC in Lexington and F3 Lexington. Clifton enjoys remodeling old homes, reading, gardening, preserving figs, and most recently, running marathons and triathlons.
Martha Russ, Office Administrator
Martha Russ is our Office Administrator. She has been with Rogers Property Management, Inc. since 2009 and doing Real Estate administration and marketing for more than 34 years. She manages the daily running of the office and collections. If you have any issues concerning your rent payment, please call our office or contact her via email. Originally from Columbia, she has lived in the Lexington/Gilbert area for many years. She and her husband, Bill, have two children, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren . Martha is an avid quilter, enjoys antiquing and gardening.
Jessica Bess, Administrative Assistant
Jessica Bess has been with Rogers Property Management Inc since August 2021. Her administrative roles on the team include processing payments, assisting customers over the phone, scheduling, as well as special projects. Jessica was born and raised in Ohio. She is a 2004 Graduate of the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. She has 6 years professional experience as an inside sales associate/technical account manager, including a wide array of sales functions. Jessica also served for 6 years in elementary level education as a substitute teacher and an instructional assistant in Special Education. Jessica and her husband, Jim, have resided in Lexington for over 22 years and they have 1 daughter. In her free time, Jessica enjoys practicing her Christian faith, cooking, reading, and walking.
