View Property
You may view a property during our business hours by coming to our office to obtain a key. A $40 cash deposit is required and will be refunded when you return the key. All keys must be returned in the same day they are checked out. Please allow enough time to be back before closing. It is best to call us on the day you wish to view a property to confirm it is still available. We are closed on weekends.
Application Process
You must complete an application to be approved for a property. A $60 nonrefundable application fee is required. The process includes a credit check, a background check and check of previous rental references. In addition, we require a $100 holding deposit which is refundable if not approved or is applied to the security deposit upon approval. All properties require a security deposit which is equal to one month rent.
Submit
Applications may NOT be submitted online. Application must be returned to Rogers Property Management, Inc., 430 S Lake Dr, Lexington SC 29072, along with the following:
- A copy of most current pay stub. Income must be at least 3 times the rent.
- A copy of Driver’s License / Picture ID
- Non-refundable application fee $60.00
- $100.00 deposit (will be applied to security deposit upon approval) – If you are not approved, the deposit will be returned to you.
- Proof of renter’s insurance is required at lease signing.
*Non-married co-applicants must file separate applications.
